To determine whether a startup item or service is conflicting with the Organizer, disable all startup items and non-essential services before you start the Organizer.
An incompatible printer driver can cause system errors. To determine if the driver for the current default printer is causing the problem in the Elements Organizer, change the default printer. See Change the system default printer. Once you have changed the default printer, try to re-create the problem in the Organizer. Then do one of the following:.
